Earlier this year the culmination of four years of work resulted in all-new online training modules for The Episcopal Church.
These courses are provided at no cost to the diocese and our congregations by Church Insurance.

Online Training
In person training lasts about 2 and a half hours, is interactive, customizable, and more fun that staring at your computer.

The online courses provided through Praesidium Academy and written by The Episcopal Church are called “Safe Church, Safe Communities”

The goal of the Safe Church, Safe Communities courses is "to provide a standard of training that will foster a culture of safety and inclusion for all people that includes a broad overview of issues of vulnerability, power, and healthy boundaries. This training is designed to equip all people to live out their Baptismal Covenant."
